About me
I've worked remotely for more than five years with clients in the US, Australia and Europe. I started in customer support, which is why I build systems around what the person on the other end actually experiences.
Today I split my time between managing web projects at an agency and running my own automation practice. Clients usually come to me when leads are slipping through the gaps between their tools.
